Jauniešu centri kā resurss sociālajā darbā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir “Jauniešu centri kā resurss sociālajā darbā”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir teorētiski izpētīt un empīriski izanalizēt, kādā veidā tiek organizēts jaunatnes darbs Latvijā un kā jauniešu centri var būt resurss sociālajā darbā ar jauniešiem. Teorētiskā daļa ietver sevī 4 nodaļas – pirmajā nodaļā tiek analizēts darbs ar jauniešiem Latvijā kopuma, otrajā – sociālais darbs ar jauniešiem un jaunatnes darbs ārzemes, trešajā nodaļā tiek aplūkota uz risinājumu vērstā pieeja un tas pielietojums darbā ar jauniešiem. Empīriska pētījuma rezultātu analīze sastāv no metodoloģijas, kur autore aprakstīja ar kurām metodēm un kā tika veikts pētījums. Pētījuma tika izmantota kvalitatīva pētījumā metode jeb konkrētāk daļēji strukturēta intervija. Pētījuma intervijā piedalījās 4 sociālie darbinieki, 4 jaunatnes darbinieki, 2 jomas eksperti. Pēc iegūtajiem datiem autore var secināt kā jauniešu centri var būt resurss sociālajā darbā. To var izmantot kā resursu ja ir izveidota sadarbība starp sociālajiem darbiniekiem un jaunatnes darbiniekiem.

The topic of the bachelor work is "Youth centers as a resource in social work". The aim of the bachelor thesis is to theoretically investigate and empirically analyze how youth work is organized in Latvia and how youth centers can be a resource in social work with young people. The theoretical part includes 4 chapters - the first chapter analyzes work with young people in Latvia as a whole, the second - social work with young people and youth work abroad, the third chapter examines the solution-oriented approach and its application in work with young people. Empirical analysis of research results consists of methodology, where the author described with which methods and how the research was conducted. The research used a qualitative research method, or more specifically, a semi-structured interview. 4 social workers, 4 youth workers, 2 field experts participated in the research interview. According to the obtained data, the author can conclude that youth centers can be a resource in social work. It can be used as a resource if there is cooperation between social workers and youth workers.
