Sociālais darbs ar notiesātām sievietēm kriminālās justīcijas sistēmā

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “Sociālais darbs ar notiesātām sievietēm kriminālās justīcijas sistēmā”. Darbā pētīta kriminālās justīcijas sistēmas un sociālās jomas nozares spēju pielāgoties notiesāto sieviešu individuālajām vajadzībām un ņemot vērā sieviešu un vīriešu atšķirīgo pieredzi un dzimuma specifiku. Pētījuma mērķis ir analizēt notiesāto sieviešu individuālās vajadzības, lai pilnveidotu krimināli sodītu sieviešu resocializāciju Latvijā. Kā teorētiskais ietvars darbā izmantotas dzimumspecifiskā, ceļa un dzimuma lomu teorijas. Papildus teorētiskajām perspektīvām, darbā sniegts vispārējs krimināli sodīto sieviešu riska grupas raksturojums kriminālās justīcijas sistēmā un aplūkota sociālās jomas un sociālās drošības sistēmas iekļaušanās kriminālās justīcijas sistēmā. Tāpat raksturoti sieviešu noziedzības veicinoši faktori un sieviešu individuālās vajadzības. Lai analizētu notiesāto sieviešu individuālo vajadzību lomu resocializācijas procesā, darbā izmantota kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode, veicot daļēji strukturētas intervijas ar jomas ekspertiem. Balstoties uz iegūtajiem kvalitatīvajiem datiem var secināt, ka notiesātajām sievietēm salīdzinājumā ar notiesātiem vīriešiem ir atšķirīgas vajadzības un problēmām, kas saistītas ar dzimumu lomām, to stereotipiem, aizspriedumiem un negatīvu sabiedrības nosodījumu, kas norāda uz sabiedrībā valdošo stigmatizāciju. Ņemot vērā dzimumu nevienlīdzības cēloņus, sociālā darba nozarē strādājošajiem ir iespēja veikt intervences pasākumus, kas versti uz sociālās atstumtības mazināšanu un sociālās drošības veicināšanu, lai notiesātā sieviete saņemtu sev nepieciešamo sociālo atbalstu un palīdzību.

The topic of the master's thesis is "Social Work with Female Offenders in the Criminal Justice System". This work examines the ability of the criminal justice system and the social sector to adapt to the individual needs of offender women, considering the different experiences and gender-specifics of women and men. The aim of the study is to analyze the individual needs of offender women in order to improve the resocialization of criminally offender women in Latvia. The theoretical framework of this work includes gender-sensitive theory, pathway theory, and gender role theory. In addition to these theoretical perspectives, the work provides a general description of the risk group of offender women in the criminal justice system. It also examines the inclusion of the social sector and social security systems within the criminal justice system. Additionally, the factors contributing to female criminality and the individual needs of women are also described. To analyze the role of the individual needs of offender women in the process of resocialization, the work uses a qualitative research method, conducting semi-structured interviews with experts in the field. Based on the obtained qualitative data, it can be concluded that offender women have different needs and issues compared to offender men, which are related to gender roles, stereotypes, prejudices, and negative societal attitudes, indicating the prevailing stigma in society. Considering the causes of gender inequality, professionals working in the social work sector have the opportunity to implement interventions aimed at reducing social exclusion and promoting social security, so that the offender woman receives the necessary social support and assistance.
