Abstract
Maģistra darbā “Pieaugušo izglītības vadība novada izglītības ekosistēmā” analizēti galveno ar pieaugušo izglītību saistīto kategoriju skaidrojums dažādu pētnieku skatījumā. Analizēti normatīvie dokumenti un pašvaldības loma pieaugušo izglītības vadībā un tas, kā pieaugušo izglītība iekļaujas novada izglītības ekosistēmā. Maģistra darba mērķis: izpētīt pieaugušo izglītības vadības specifiku un izstrādāt pieaugušo izglītības vadības modeli konkrēta novada izglītības ekosistēmai. Pētījuma jautājums: kāda ir pieaugušo izglītības koordinatora loma novada izglītības ekosistēmā. Maģistra darbu veido divas daļas. Teorētiskajā daļā ir analizēta pieaugušo izglītības vadības specifika atbilstoši mūsdienu digitalizācijas un darba tirgus aktualitātēm, pieaugušo mācīšanās īpatnībām, un politikas plānošanas dokumentiem. Empīriskā pētījuma daļā, balstoties uz interviju, aptauju un SVID analīzes datiem ir izstrādāts pieaugušo izglītības vadības modelis x novada izglītības ekosistēmā.
The topic of the Master's thesis is Adult education management in the county's educational ecosystem. The thesis analyses the main categories of concepts related to adult education from the perspective of various researchers. It also examines normative documents and the role of the municipality in managing adult education, as well as how adult education fits into the county's educational ecosystem. The aim of this Master's thesis is to study the specifics of adult education management and develop a model for the educational ecosystem of a specific municipality. The research question is focused on the functions of an adult education coordinator in the educational ecosystem of a county. The main objective of this thesis is to investigate the research questions of the project. The Master's thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part analyses the management of adult education in relation to contemporary digitalisation and labour market trends, adult learning characteristics, and policy planning documents. The empirical part of the research, based on interviews, surveys, and SWOT analysis data, develops a model for managing adult education in the educational ecosystem of X county.
