Pašvadītu mācīšanās prasmju pilnveide 7. klases bioloģijas temata "Kas nodrošina augu un dzīvnieku balstu un kustības?" apguvē"Organismu balsta un kustību sistēma" apguvē

Abstract

Ir zināms, ka valodas prasmes cilvēki spēj demonstrēt dažādi – rakstiski un mutiski. Taču ne vienmēr spējas pareizi rakstīt nozīmē labas runas prasmes un otrādi. Diplomdarba mērķis ir noteikt, vai skolēnu runas prasmes var uzlaboties, ja ikdienas mācību procesa plāns tiek pakārtots skolēnu mutiskai iesaistei, mācību stundu plānu papildinot ar citu pieeju metodēm. Diplomdarbā tiek aprakstītas CLIL un SIOP pieejas mācību stundās. Darbs iepazīstina lasītāju ar CLIL pieeju – tās vēsturi, aktualitāti, principiem un nozīmi mūsdienu izglītībā. Darbā tiek iztirzāts SIOP, tā izmantošanas iespējas un ieguvumi. Darba empīriskajā daļā autore apraksta pētījumam veltīto stundu norisi un stundās izmantotās metodes un, kā arī rezultātu. Pētījuma metode ir gadījuma pētījums kādā Rīgas ģimnāzijā, strādājot ar 11 6. klases skolēniem un 14 5. klases skolēniem. Skolēniem ir dažāds angļu valodas zināšanu līmenis, starp šiem skolēniem ir bērns no Ukrainas, kam angļu un latviešu valodas zināšanas ir ļoti vājas/zemas. Gadījuma pētījumā tika secināts, ka pēc aizvadītajām stundām skolēni uzskata, ka viņu runas prasmes ir uzlabojušās. Šādu secinājumu pamato skolēnu aptaujas rezultāti pētījuma beigās. Lielāks skolēnu skaits abās klašu grupās arī vēlētos, lai runas prasmes tiktu iekļautas regulārajos pārbaudes darbos. Darbam ir pievienoti pielikumi – anketas un SIOP pieejas protokols. It is known that people can demonstrate their language skills in various ways – in writing and speaking. However, the ability to use correct written language does not mean that language can be spoken correctly and vice versa. The aim of this thesis is to determine whether students’ speaking skills can be improved with adjusting daily lesson plans by adding other teaching approaches. The Diploma paper describes the CLIL and SIOP approaches in English lessons. This work introduces the reader to the CLIL approach – its history, relevance, principles and significance in modern education. Additionally, it describes SIOP, where and how it was created, who might benefit from it. The author describes lessons dedicated to the research, methods used and the results in the empirical part of the Diploma paper. The research method is a case study in a Riga gymnasium working with 11 students from the 6th grade and 14 students from the 5th grade. The students in these grades have different levels of knowledge in the English language, one of the students is from Ukraine and his knowledge level in English and Latvian is very low. The case study shows that students after the research consider their speaking skills to be improved. This conclusion is made based on the results of the survey taken at the end of the study. The number of students who would like to have a speaking part in their regular tests has increased. The work includes appendices – surveys, SIOP checklist.
