Bērnu klīniskās universitātes slimnīcas brīvprātīgā darba loma organizācijas tēla veidošanā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir ‘’Bērnu klīniskās universitātes slimnīcas brīvprātīgā darba loma organizācijas tēla veidošanā’’. Bakalaura darbs ir veidots no trīs daļām – teorētiskās, metodoloģiskās un empīriskās daļas. Teorētiskajā daļā ir ietverta teorētiskā informācija par organizācijas komunikāciju, organizācijas tēlu un brīvprātīgo darbu, organizācijas un tās komunikācijas kontekstā. Pētījuma ietvaros tiek novērots brīvprātīgā darbs, veiktas intervijas ar brīvprātīgajiem, kā arī ar vienu no slimnīcas speciālistiem, noskaidrots sabiedrības viedokli un priekšstati par Bērnu klīnisko universitātes slimnīcu un tajā esošo brīvprātīgo kustību. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt un noskaidrot to, kāda ir vecāku pieredze ar Bērnu klīnisko universitātes slimnīcu, tās brīvprātīgajiem, brīvprātīgo loma pacientu pieredzes veidošanā, brīvprātīgā darba kustības vadības nozīme brīvprātīgā darba izpildē, lai novērtētu brīvprātīgā darba lomu organizācijas tēla veidošanā. Bakalaura darbā tiek pielietota novērošanas metode brīvprātīgā novērojumam, daļēji strukturētās intervijas metode speciālista un brīvprātīgo intervijām, kā arī aptaujas metode vecāku, kuru bērni ir vecumā līdz 18 gadiem, aptaujai. Bakalaura darba noslēgumā veiktie secinājumi liecina, ka brīvprātīgā darba ietekme uz Bērnu klīniskās universitātes slimnīcas tēlu ir pozitīva, bet neliela, kas arī apraksta brīvprātīgā darba kustības lomu organizācijas tēla veidošanā. The topic of the bachelor thesis is ‘’The role of voluntary work at the Children’s Clinical University Hospital in shaping the image of the organization’’. The bachelor thesis consists of three parts – theoretical, methodological and empirical part. The theoretical part contains theoretical information about organization communication, organizational image and volunteer work, in the context of the organization and its communication. Within the framework of the research, volunteer work is observed, interviews with volunteers are conducted, as well as with one of the hospital’s specialists, the public’s opinion and perceptions about Children’s Clinical University Hospital and the volunteer work in it is clarified. The aim of the work is to research and find out what is the experience of parents with the Children’s Clinical University Hospital, its volunteers, the role of volunteers in shaping the patient experience, the importance of management of the volunteer work, in order to evaluate the role of volunteer work in shaping the image of the organization. The bachelor thesis uses the observation method for observation of a volunteer, the semi-structured interview method for specialist and volunteer interviews, as well as the survey method for the survey of parents whose children are under the age of 18. The conclusions made at the end of the bachelor thesis show that the impact of volunteer work on the image of the Children’s Clinical University Hospital is positive, but small, which also describes the role of the volunteer movement in shaping the image of the organization.
