Abstract

Maģistra darba ‘’Valsts ugunsdzēsības un glābšanas dienesta resursu salīdzinājums ar citām līdzīgām valsts pārvaldes institūcijām un Valsts ugunsdzēsības un glābšanas dienesta resursu deficīta cēloņi.’’ mērķis ir noskaidrot vai Valsts ugunsdzēsības un glābšanas dienesta ieguldījumi cilvēkresursos ir mazāki nekā citās līdzīgās iestādēs, kā arī izpētīt, kāpēc Valsts ugunsdzēsības un glābšanas dienesta cilvēkresursos tiek ieguldīts nepietiekami. Maģistra darbā tiek salīdzināti iestāžu ieguldījumu apjomi cilvēkresursos, veiktas intervijas un analizēti faktori, kas var ietekmēt cilvēkresursu kapacitāti iestādēs. Pētījumā tiek atspoguļots iestāžu izvietojums pēc ieguldījumu apjoma cilvēkresursos un apkopoti iemesli, kāpēc Valsts ugunsdzēsības un glābšanas dienesta cilvēkresursos tiek ieguldīts nepietiekami.
