Abstract

Maģistra darba ‘’Valsts ugunsdzēsības un glābšanas dienesta resursu salīdzinājums ar citām līdzīgām valsts pārvaldes institūcijām un Valsts ugunsdzēsības un glābšanas dienesta resursu deficīta cēloņi.’’ mērķis ir noskaidrot vai Valsts ugunsdzēsības un glābšanas dienesta ieguldījumi cilvēkresursos ir mazāki nekā citās līdzīgās iestādēs, kā arī izpētīt, kāpēc Valsts ugunsdzēsības un glābšanas dienesta cilvēkresursos tiek ieguldīts nepietiekami. Maģistra darbā tiek salīdzināti iestāžu ieguldījumu apjomi cilvēkresursos, veiktas intervijas un analizēti faktori, kas var ietekmēt cilvēkresursu kapacitāti iestādēs. Pētījumā tiek atspoguļots iestāžu izvietojums pēc ieguldījumu apjoma cilvēkresursos un apkopoti iemesli, kāpēc Valsts ugunsdzēsības un glābšanas dienesta cilvēkresursos tiek ieguldīts nepietiekami. The aim of the Master's thesis "Comparison of resources of the State fire and rescue service with other similar public administration institutions and the cause of the shortage of resources of the State fire and rescue service" is to find out if the State fire and rescue service's investments in human resources are lower than other similar institutions and research, why investments in the human resources of the State fire and rescue service is not enough. In the Master's thesis compares the investment extent in institutions human resources, conducts interviews and analyzes the factors, that can affect the capacity of human resources in institutions. In the research can see the location of institutions according to the amount of investment in human resources and summarizes the reasons, why investments in the human resources of the State fire and rescue service is not enough.
