Atbildība un atbildības piešķiršana: gadījuma izpēte par skolotāja pieredzi izglītības sistēmā mūsdienu Latvijā

Abstract

Maģistra darbā tiek aplūkota atbildība un atbildības piešķiršana Latvijas izglītības sistēmā esošajiem skolotājiem caur gadījumu izpēti, analizējot atbildības un atbildības piešķiršanas jēdzienus, vēsturisko izglītības sistēmas aspektu Latvijā un skolotāja tēlu caur mediju un izglītības antropoloģijas aspektu. Darbā argumentēju, ka skolotāju profesija nāk ar lielu atbildību un atbildības piešķiršanu, kas ietekmē skolotāju ikdienas darbu, piemēram, skolotāju atbildība pār skolēnu rezultātiem un skolu reitingiem, kas ir tieši saistīta ar neoliberālisma ietekmi uz izglītības sistēmu, kā arī darbā apkopoju skolotāju pieredzi šajā amatā un kā tā ietekmējusi viņus. Tiek arī atklāts kā skolotājs redz darba slogu no amata pildītāja puses un kā skolotāju ietekmē ārējie apstākļi un tiek pamatots, ka skolotāju atbildība un atbildības piešķiršana ietekmē skolotāju labsajūtu un ikdienas darbu. Maģistra darbā tiek izmantotas daļēji strukturēto interviju metode, kas tiek pielietota intervējot deviņus skolotājus, kuri dalās savā pieredzē un izjūtās par notiekošo izglītības sistēmā, kā arī ar to, kāda loma ir atbildībai skolotāja darbā.

The master's thesis examines responsibility and responsibilization of teachers in the Latvian education system through case studies, analyzing the concepts of responsibility and responsibilization, the historical aspect of the education system in Latvia and teachers through the media and the anthropology of education. I argue that the teaching profession comes with a lot of responsibility and attribution of responsibility that affects teachers day-to-day work, such as teachers responsibility for student outcomes and school ratings, which is directly linked to the impact neoliberalism has had on the education system, as well as collecting teacher experience in the position at work and how it affected them. It is also revealed as a teacher sees the burden of work from the their perspective and how the teacher is influenced by external circumstances and it is justified that the responsibility and attribution of responsibility of teachers affects the well-being and everyday work of teachers. The master’s thesis uses the semi-structured interview method, which is used when interviewing nine teachers who share their experiences and feelings about what is happening in the education system, as well as the role that accountability plays in the teacher's job.
