Abstract

Maģistra darba temats ir “Mākslīgā intelekta regulējums Eiropas Savienības tiesībās” Maģistra darba mērķis ir apskatīt problemātiku saistībā ar mākslīgo intelektu un izpētīt kā to risinātu Eiropas Savienības jaunais regulējums mākslīgā intelekta jomā. Maģistra darbā tiek pētīta Mākslīgā intelekta regula un citi tiesībakti, kas regulē mākslīgo intelektu, konstatēta problemātika ar mākslīgā intelekta līdzšinējo regulējumu. Darba gaitā autore nonāk pie secinājumiem, kā mākslīgā intelekta akts risina problemātiku saistībā ar mākslīgā intelekta regulējumu, kādas izmaiņas būs jāveic Eiropas Savienības dalībvalstīm un sniedz priekšlikumus grozījumiem tiesībaktos. The topic of the Master thesis is “Legal regulation of artificial intelligence in European Union” The aim of this master’s thesis is to analyze the problems related to artificial intelligence and to investigate how the new regulation of the European Union in the field of artificial intelligence would solve it. In her master's thesis, the author examines the Artificial Intelligence act and other legal acts that regulate artificial intelligence, identifies problems with the current regulation of artificial intelligence. In the course of the work, the author comes to the conclusions of how the artificial intelligence act solves the problems related to the regulation of artificial intelligence, what changes will have to be made by the member states of the European Union and provides proposals for amendments to legal acts.
