Biogēno elementu saturs un to formas Latgales ezeru nogulumos

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā „Biogēno elementu saturs un to formas Latgales ezeru nogulumos” ir apkopota literatūra par fosfora un slāpekļa akumulāciju un bioloģisko pieejamību. Darbā ir ievietoti pētīto ezeru īsi raksturojumi, ir apkopotas pētījumu metodes gan ūdens, gan nogulumu ķīmiskajām analīzēm. Pētījuma laikā tika apsekoti 18 Latgales ezeri, kuros tika ievākti ūdens un nogulumu paraugi. Tika veikta biogēno elementu formu noteikšana nogulumos, kā arī korelācijas starp šīm formām, tika izveidota ezeru līdzības diagramma ar klāsteranalīzes metodi. In the bachelor thesis ‘The Content of Nutrients and Their Speciation Forms in the Sediments of Lakes in Latgale’, the literature on nutrient accumulation and bioavailability is reviewed. Paper contains short descriptions of the lakes studied and a summary of research methods applied to the chemical analyses of water and sediments. During the research 18 lakes in Latgale were studied and the water and sediment samples were gathered. In sediments, the analysis of nutrient speciation forms was carried out; correlations were specified. The hierarchical cluster analysis was performed in order to find similarities between the lakes. The goal of the research: to evaluate the character of the nutrient accumulation in the sediments of the lakes in Latgale.
