Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: Aprūpe pacientiem pēc gūžas locītavas endoprotezēšanas revīzijas stacionārā Tēmas aktualitāti pamato šīs tēmas izvēli, jo Latvijā ik gadu tiek veiktas ap 3000 lielo locītavu endoprotezēšanas revīzijas operācijas. Darba autorei ir aktuāli padziļināt savas zināšanas pacienta aprūpē, noskaidrot, kādas aprūpes darbības māsai ir jāveic, lai sekmētu ātrāku un veiksmīgāku pacienta atveseļošanās periodu, kā arī, ar savu veikto darbu dalītos ar citiem kolēģiem. Darba mērķis: noskaidrot aprūpi pacientiem pēc gūžas locītavas endoprotezēšanas revīzijas stacionārā. Pētījuma uzdevumi: 1.Apkopot un analizēt literatūru par pacienta aprūpi pēc gūžas locītavas endoprotezēšanas revīzijas stacionārā. 2.Analizēt K. Rojas teoriju saistībā ar bakalaura darba tēmu. 3.Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentus – intervijas. 4.Veikt respondentu aptauju. 5.Apkopot un analizēt pētījumā iegūtos rezultātus. 6.Izstrādāt secinājumus par pētījumu. Pētījuma jautājums: kāda ir aprūpe pacientiem pēc gūžas locītavas endoprotezēšanas revīzijas stacionārā? Pētījuma metodoloģija: kvalitatīvais pētījums. Pētījuma instruments: intervijas Pētījuma rezultāti: vispārējās aprūpes māsas ir tās, kuras sniedz tiešu aprūpi pacientiem pēc gūžas locītavas endoprotezēšanas, taču šis process notiek sadarbojoties ar citiem medicīnas speciālistiem, piemēram, fizioterapeitiem un ārstiem. Māsu aprūpē ietilpst sāpju mazināšana un pacientu izglītošana par visām dzīves jomām, kas saistās ar gūžas locītavas endoprotezēšanas operāciju, piemēram, uzturs, fiziskās aktivitātes, ikdienas aktivitātes, pašaprūpe. Title of the bachelor’s Thesis: Care for patients after hip joint endoprosthesis revision in hospital Relevance of the Topic: The topicality of the subject justifies the choice of this theme, as approximately 3,000 major joint endoprosthesis revision surgeries are performed annually in Latvia. The author finds it important to deepen her knowledge in patient care, to determine what nursing activities are necessary to promote a faster and more successful recovery process, and to share the findings of her work with other colleagues. Aim of the thesis: To identify the care provided to patients after hip joint endoprosthesis revision in hospital. Research tasks: 1.To collect and analyze literature on patient care after hip joint endoprosthesis revision in hospital. 2.To analyze K. Roy’s theory in relation to the topic of the Bachelor's work. 3.To develop research instruments — interview. 4.To conduct a survey of respondents. 5.To compile and analyze the results obtained in the study. 6.To develop conclusions based on the research findings. Research question: What is the nature of care for patients after hip joint endoprosthesis revision in hospital? Research methodology: Qualitative research. Research Instrument: Interviews. Research Results: Nurses are the primary providers of direct care for patients after hip joint endoprosthesis revision; however, this process takes place in cooperation with other healthcare professionals, such as physiotherapists and doctors. Nursing care includes pain management and patient education across all areas of life related to hip joint endoprosthesis, such as nutrition, physical activities, and daily living activities, including self-care.
