Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Datortomogrāfijas nozīme sinusīta diagnostikā”. Bakalaura darbā apkopota un analizēta literatūra par degunu blakusdobumu anatomiju, iekaisuma procesu deguna blakusdobumos, izmeklējumiem un attēlu kritērijiem kas jāņem vērā, lai veiktu kvalitatīvu un informatīvu deguna blakusdobumu datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumu, lai diagnosticēt sinusītu. Darba mērķis: Noskaidrot datortomogrāfijas nozīmi sinusīta diagnostikā. Darba pētījuma daļai tika izveidota procedūru nosacījumu tabula un tika izvērtēti 20 deguna blakusdobumu datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumi. Darbā tika izmantotas retrospektīva pētījumu metode – teorētiskā literatūras analīze un kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode - pētījumā tiek noskaidrota datortomogrāfijas nozīme sinusīta diagnostikā, patoloģiskas atradnes, indikācijas deguna blakusdobumu izmeklējumos. The title of the bachelor's thesis is: “The Importance of Computed Tomography in the Diagnosis of Sinusitis.” The bachelor’s thesis compiles and analyzes literature on the anatomy of the paranasal sinuses, inflammatory processes in the paranasal sinuses, diagnostic methods, and image quality criteria that must be considered in order to perform a high-quality and informative CT examination of the paranasal sinuses for diagnosing sinusitis. Objective of the thesis: To determine the significance of computed tomography in the diagnosis of sinusitis. For the research part of the thesis, a table of procedural conditions was created, and 20 CT examinations of the paranasal sinuses were evaluated. The thesis employed a retrospective research method – theoretical literature analysis – and a qualitative research method, aiming to determine the significance of computed tomography in the diagnosis of sinusitis, including pathological findings and indications for paranasal sinus imaging.
