Izmeklējuma protokola specifika datortomogrāfijas dakriocistogrāfijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Izmeklējuma protokola specifika datortomogrāfijas dakriocistogrāfijā”. Bakalaura darbā veikta literatūras apkopošana un analīze, kā arī veikts pētījums. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās daļas, pētījuma daļas un secinājumiem. Teorētiskajā daļā veikta literatūras avotu analīze par acu un asaru kanālu normālo anatomiju un radioloģisko anatomiju, asaru kanālu dažādām saslimšanām, to etioloģiju, klīnisko ainu, datortomogrāfijas izmeklējuma principiem asaru kanālu izmeklēšanā jeb dakriocistogrāfijā. Pētījuma daļā veikts kvalitatīvs pētījums – salīdzinošā analīze – salīdzināti četri literatūras avotos pieejamie datortomogrāfijas dakriocistogrāfijas izmeklējuma protokoli ar kādas Latvijas medicīnas iestādē lietoto izmeklējuma protokolu. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot izmeklējuma protokola specifiku datortomogrāfijas dakriocistogrāfijā. Darba apjoms ir 29 lappuses, kas sastāv no ievada, 4 nodaļām un 8 apakšnodaļām, 4 attēli un 4 tabulas, izmantoti 20 literatūras avoti.

Theme of bachelour thesis is “Specifics of examination protocol in computed tomography dacryocystography”. For bachelour thesis literature collection and analysis was done as well as research. Bachelour thesis consists of introduction, theoretical part, research part and conclusions. In the theoretical part there was done literature analysis about normal and radiologic anathomy of eye and lacrimal ducts, about various lacrimal duct disorders and its etiology and clinical presentation, about principles of computed tomography scan in lacrimal duct examination – dacryocystography. In the research part there was done qualitative research - comparative analysis – four computed tomography protocols from literature and a protocol from one of hospitals in Latvia were compared. The aim of bachelour thesis is to find out specifics of examination protocol in computed tomography dacryocystography. The total volume of bachelour thesis is 29 pages, consisting of introduction. 4 chapters and 8 sub-chapters, 5 images, 5 tables. 29 literature sources were used for bachelour thesis.
