Abstract

Pētījuma tēma ‘’Mentorings vispārējās māsas profesionālajā praksē” ir aktuāla, jo veselības aprūpes nozarē trūkstošo māsu skaits ir liels, taču uzlabojot apstākļus jaunajiem darbiniekiem, ir iespējams motivēt viņus palikt profesijā, kā arī celt māsas profesijas prestižu. Pozitīva integrācijas pieredze mentoringa laikā, sekmē jauno profesionālo izaugsmi, gan klīnisko pieredzi. Darba mērķis: Izpētīt māsu integrācijas pieredzi mentoringa laikā. Pētniecības uzdevumi: 1. Apzināt literatūru par mentoringu māsām un integrāciju darba vietā; 2. Pielietot un analizēt Patrīcijas Benneres māszinību teoriju, 3. Veikt interviju, apkopot un analizēt iegūtos rezultātus; 4. Izdarīt secinājumus, un izstrādāt priekšlikumus. Pētniecības jautājums: Kāda ir māsu integrācijas pieredze mentoringa ietvaros? Pētniecības metode: kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode. Pētniecības instruments: Strukturēta intervija, tika intervētas 12 X slimnīcā, X nodaļā strādājošas māsas, kuras izgājušas mentoringu uzsākot darba gaitas. Pētījuma rezultāti: Tika apzināta māsu integrācijas pieredze mentoringa laikā un noskaidrots kā tas ietekmēja tālāko profesionālo attīstību, kā arī izstrādāti ieteikumu pieredzes un izpratnes par mentoringu veicināšanai. Secinājumi: Iegūtie rezultāti palīdz izprast māsu integrācijas pieredzi mentoringa laikā un izstādāt ieteikumus, lai uzlabotu jauno māsu ne tikai profesionālās spējas, bet atbalstītu viņas profesionālajā izaugsmē. The theme of the study '' Mentoring in general nurse professional practice’’ is current because the number of nurses missing in the healthcare sector is high, but it is possible to motivate them to remain in the profession and to increase the prestige of the nursing profession by improving the conditions for new staff. Positive integration experience during mentoring contributes to new professional development and clinical experience. Aim: explore the experience of nursing integration during mentoring. Objectives: 1. To identify literature on mentoring nurses and integration into the workplace; 2. Apply and analyse Patricia Benner's theory of nursing, 3. Conduct an interview, compile and analyse the results obtained; 4. Draw conclusions and make proposals. Research question: What is the experience of nursing integration as part of mentoring? Research method: quantitative research method. Research tool: structured interview, interviewed at 12 X hospital, X- section nurses who went through mentoring when they started working. Results: The experience of nursing integration during mentoring was identified and the impact it had on further professional development was clarified, as well as recommendations were developed to promote experience and understanding of mentoring. Conclusions: The findings help understand the experience of nursing integration during mentoring and show recommendations to improve the young nurse not only in her professional capacity but to support her in her professional growth.
