Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir «Pacientu ar ileostomu aprūpe». Tas mērķis ir izpētit un analizēt pacientu ar ileostomu aprūpi. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 5 nodaļām un 3 apakšnodaļām. Darba izmantota kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode, darba instruments aptaujas intervija. Tika izvirzīts pētījumā jautājums “Kāda ir pacientu ar ileostomu aprūpe”. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskas un praktiskās daļās. Praktiskā daļa tika noskaidrots ka notiek pacientu ar ileostomu aprūpe. Bakalaura darbā tiek izmantoti 30 literatūras avoti. Bakalaura darbā apjoms ir 40 lapaspuses, bez pielikumiem. Apkolojot pētījumā rezultāti, var teikt, ka pacientu ar ileostomu aprūpe mūsdienas ir aktuāla tēma, gan māsas pieredzē, gan zināšanas pacientam ar izveidotu ileostomu dod iespēju aprūpēt ileostomu un dzīvot normāla dzīve. Veicot aprūpi māsa ne tikai aprūpē pacienta ar ileostomu, bet arī dot psiholoģisko atbalstu un rekomendācijas pacientam un gatavo pacientu par to, kā var viegli dzīvot ar ileostomu un kā izvairīties no sarežģījumiem, aprūpējot ileostomu. The topic of the bachelor thesis is "Care of patients with ileostomies". It aims to study and analyze the care of patients with ileostomies. The results of the study can be described as the care of patients with ileostomies is a relevant topic nowadays, both in the experience of the nurse and in the knowledge of the patient with an ileostomy, which enables him to care for the ileostomy and live a normal life. In the course of care, the nurse not only cares for the patient with an ileostomy but also gives psychological support and guidance to the patient and prepares the patient on how to live easily with an ileostomy and how to avoid complications when caring for an ileostomy.
