Pacientu un piederīgo izglītošana par traheostomas aprūpi mājas apstākļos

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Pacientu un piederīgo izglītošana par traheostomas aprūpi mājas apstākļos.” Tēmas aktualitāte norāda, ka pacienti ar traheostomu aprūpi mājas apstākļos ir izplatīta diagnoze visā pasaulē un ir sastopami arvien biežāk, kad pacients no stacionāra dodas uz mājām ar traheostomu un ir nepieciešama traheostomas aprūpe. Tēma ir izvēlēta, lai izprastu traheostomas aprūpes procesu mājas apstākļos, jo Latvijā nav standartizēta šāda veida apūpe. Pētījuma mērķis: Noskaidrot pacienta un pacienta piederīgo izglītošanu par trraheostomas aprūpi mājas apstākļos. Mērķa sasniegšanai ir izvirzīti pētniecības uzdevumi, analizēt literatūru, analizēt D.Orem māsu preocesu teoriju un analizēt literatūru par traheostomas aprūpi mājas apstākļos. Izvirzītais pētiju jautājums: Kāda ir pacienta un pacienta piederīgo zināšanas par traheostomas aprūpi mājas apstākļos? Pēc autores veiktā pētījuma, ir redzams, ka Latvijā ir nepieciešama vadlīniju izstrāde, lai uzlabotu zināšanas un būtu pieejama informācija par traheostomu aprūpi mājas apstākļos. Darba pētījuma sadaļā tika pielietota kvantitatīva pētniecības metode. Pētījuma veikšanai tika izmantota daļēji strukturēta intervija, kas tika veikta pacientiem un pacienta piederīgajiem, kas mājas apstākļos turpina aprūpi traheostomām. Bakalaura darbs ietver piecas nodaļas, teorētiskajā daļā ir divas apakšnodaļas, empīriskajā daļā ir trīs apakšnodaļas. Darbs ir papildināts ar 3 pielikumiem. Kopā darbs sastāv no 44 lapaspusēm un 30 literatūras avotiem.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Education of patients and relatives about tracheostomy care at home." The topicality of the topic indicates that patients with tracheostomy care at home are a common diagnosis all over the world and are seen more and more often when a patient goes home with a tracheostomy from a hospital and requires tracheostomy care. The topic has been chosen to understand the process of tracheostomy care at home, as there is no standardized treatment of this type in Latvia. The purpose of the study: To find out the education of the patient and the patient's own about tracheostomy care at home. In order to achieve the goal, research tasks have been set, to analyze the literature, to analyze D. Orem's nursing theory and to analyze the literature on tracheostomy care at home. The proposed research question: What is the knowledge of the patient and the patient's relatives about tracheostomy care at home? According to the research carried out by the author, it can be seen that the development of guidelines is necessary in Latvia in order to improve knowledge and to have available information about tracheostomy care at home. Quantitative research method was applied in the research section of the thesis. A semi-structured interview was used to conduct the study, which was administered to patients and patients' relatives who continue to care for tracheostomies at home. The bachelor thesis includes five chapters, the theoretical part has two subsections, the empirical part has three subsections. The work is supplemented with 3 appendices. Together, the work consists of 44 pages and 30 literary sources. Key words: tracheostomy, tracheostomy care, care at home,care at home, patient, care process.
