| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darba „Dzimtas godi Rietumlatgalē: mūsdienu Turku piemērs” mērķis ir analizēt godu pārmantojamību, kā arī tradīcijas maiņas Rietumlatgalē. Tika izvirzīts uzdevums analizēt literatūras atziņas par tradīcijām un godiem, izzināt to nozīmi, noturību un mainību dažādās dzimtu paaudzēs, kā arī analizēt iespējamos godu tradīciju saglabāšanas veidus. Ar anketēšanas metodi izstrādāts pētījums par tradīcijām mūsdienās, kas saglabājušās Rietumlatgales godu svinībās, kā arī izpētīta Turku folkloras kopas nozīme godu tradīciju saglabāšanā un popularizēšanā.

| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the bachelor’s thesis „Family Celebrations in Western Latgale: Case Study of Turki Nowadays” is to analyze inheritance of celebrations, as well as changes of traditions in Western Latgale. The aim was set to analyze recognitions in literature about traditions and celebrations, explore their meanings, resistance and variability in various generations of families, as well as to analyze possible ways of preserving celebration traditions. By using the interviewing method, a research was developed about traditions in nowadays, which have remained in celebrations in Western Latgale. Author also studied the meaning of Turki folklore group in retaining and promoting celebration traditions.
