Procentu likmju ietekme uz mājsaimniecību maksātspēju

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz teorētiskām atziņām un statistikas datiem, izpētīt procentu likmju ietekmi uz mājsaimniecību maksātspēju Latvijā. Darba ietvaros analizēti dažādi faktori, kas ietekmē mājsaimniecību finanšu stabilitāti, īpašu uzmanību pievēršot procentu likmju svārstībām un to ietekmei. Darbā ir sniegts visaptverošs priekšstats par to, kā procentu likmes ietekmē mājsaimniecību maksātspēju un spēju uzturēt finanšu stabilitāti, kā arī izstrādāti priekšlikumi mājsaimniecībām kā mazināt procentu likmju negatīvo ietekmi uz to maksātspēju.

The aim of the master's thesis is to examine the impact of interest rates on household payment capacity in Latvia, based on theoretical insights and statistical data. The thesis analyzes various factors that affect household financial stability, with particular attention paid to interest rate fluctuations and their impact. The work provides a comprehensive understanding of how interest rates influence household payment capacity and their ability to maintain financial stability, as well as develops proposals for households on how to mitigate the negative effects of interest rates on their payment capacity.
