Nekustamā īpašuma tirgus attīstība Latvijā

Abstract

Nekustamā īpašuma tirgus ir nozīmīga ekonomikas sastāvdaļa, kas ietekmē izaugsmi, sociālo stabilitāti un dzīves līmeni. Darba mērķis ir balstoties uz nekustamā īpašuma tirgus attīstības ietekmējošo faktoru un ilgtspējīgas attīstības tendenču analīzi, sniegt priekšlikumus nekustamā īpašuma tirgus attīstības veicināšanai Latvijā. Darbā tiek analizēti ekonomiskie, demogrāfiskie un vides aspekti, kā arī valdības regulējuma loma. Analīzes rezultātā tika izstrādāti priekšlikumi, kuru mērķis ir ēku modernizācija, darījumu digitalizācija, reģionu atbalstīšana un vides standartu ieviešana. Iegūtajiem rezultātiem ir praktiska vērtība valsts un pašvaldību struktūrām.

The real estate market is a significant component of the economy, influencing growth, social stability, and living standards. The aim of this work is to provide proposals for promoting the development of the real estate market in Latvia, based on an analysis of the factors influencing its development and the trends of sustainable growth. The study analyzes economic, demographic, and environmental aspects, as well as the role of government regulation. As a result of the analysis, proposals were developed focusing on building modernization, transaction digitalization, regional support, and the implementation of environmental standards. The obtained results have practical value for national and municipal authorities.
