Abstract

Šī pētījuma mērķis ir izanalizēt Bērnu Klīniskās Universitātes slimnīcas pašreizējo finanšu stāvokli un izvērtēt tās finanšu darbības rezultātus ar dažādām finanšu analīzes metodēm, jo tās darbība un finanšu ilgtspēja ir kritiski svarīga, lai nodrošinātu kvalitatīvu veselības aprūpes sistēmu bērnu vajadzībām. Kā arī noskaidrot Eiropas medicīnas iestāžu peļņas ietekmējošos demogrāfiskos un ekonomiskos faktorus. Bakalaura darba gaitā tika izpētīta teorētiskā informācija par slimnīcu saimnieciskās darbības stratēģijām un to finanšu pārvaldību, tika analizēti un novērtēti Bērnu Klīniskās Universitātes slimnīcas finanšu dati, kā arī noskaidroti Eiropas medicīnas iestāžu peļņas ietekmējošos demogrāfiskos un ekonomiskos faktorus, izmantojot lineārās un kvantiļu regresijas modeļu iegūtos koeficientus un rezultātus

The aim of this study is to analyse the current financial situation of the Children's Clinical University Hospital and to assess its financial performance using various financial analysis methods, as its operation and financial sustainability are critically important for ensuring a quality healthcare system for children. As well as to identify the demographic and economic factors affecting the profits of European medical institutions. During the bachelor's thesis, theoretical information on the strategies of hospital business operations and their financial management was studied, the financial data of the Children's Clinical University Hospital was assessed and analysed, and the demographic and economic factors affecting the profits of European medical institutions were identified using the coefficients and results of linear and quantile regression models.
