Ziņu portāla "Delfi" latviešu un krievu valodu mājaslapu dienaskārtību salīdzinājums un analīze

Abstract

Bakalaura darba „Ziņu portāla Delfi latviešu un krievu valodu mājaslapu dienaskārtību salīdzinājums un analīze” mērķis ir veikt portāla “Delfi” krievu un latviešu mājaslapu dienaskārtības salīdzinošu izpēti, identificējot atšķirības, to cēloņus, kā arī novērtējot auditorijas apmierinātību ar esošajām satura atšķirībām. Pētījuma ietvaros tika formulēts viens pētnieciskais jautājums, kas kalpoja par pamatu empīriskā un teorētiskā materiāla strukturēšanai. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tika analizēta dienaskārtības teorija, auditorijas izpētes pieejas un eksperta intervijas. Empīriskajā daļā tika pielietotas jauktas metodes – kontentanalīze, daļēji strukturētas intervijas un auditorijas aptauja. Pētījuma rezultāti atklāja būtiskas atšķirības ziņu tematiskajā sadalījumā starp latviešu un krievu interneta ziņu portāla “Delfi” versijām, kas saistītas ar pieciem galvenajiem faktoriem: (1) Atšķirīgas auditorijas intereses un vajadzības; (2) Satura 100% tulkojuma neiespējamība un nepieciešamības trūkums; (3) Ekonomiskie apsvērumi; (4) Redakcionāli pamatota profesionālā izvēle; (5) Redakciju kapacitātes atšķirības. Auditorijas aptaujas rezultāti liecina, ka lietotāji pamana satura atšķirības starp valodu versijām, taču konkrētas tematiskās prioritātes lielākoties netiek precīzi identificētas. Tomēr šādu atšķirību esamība ietekmē uzticēšanos medijam. Atslēgas vārdi: dienaskārtība, “Delfi”, interneta ziņu portāls, auditorija, intervija, publikācijas, ziņas.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis “Comparison and analysis of the agendas of the Latvian and Russian language homepages of the news portal “Delfi”” is to conduct a comparative study of the content agendas of “Delfi’s” Latvian and Russian language websites, identifying differences, their causes, and evaluating audience satisfaction with these content discrepancies. The research is guided by a single research question that structured both the empirical and theoretical components of the thesis. The theoretical part explores agenda-setting theory, audience research approaches, and expert interviews. The empirical section applies mixed methods—content analysis, semi-structured interviews, and an audience survey. The findings reveal significant differences in thematic content distribution between the Latvian and Russian versions of “Delfi”, which are linked to five main factors: (1) differing audience interests and needs; (2) the impracticality and lack of necessity for full content translation; (3) economic constraints; (4) editorially justified professional choices; and (5) differences in editorial capacity. Survey results show that users notice content differences between the language versions, though specific thematic priorities are rarely clearly identified.
