Abstract

Maģistra darba temats ir Kultūras kolektīvu atbalsta ietekme uz Tukuma novada sociālekonomisko attīstību. Darba mērķis ir izvērtēt kultūras kolektīvu sociālekonomisko ietekmi Tukuma novadā pēc administratīvi teritoriālās reformas, analizējot atbalsta sistēmu, kā arī kolektīvu dalībnieku un vadītāju pieredzi, lai izstrādātu priekšlikumus šīs ietekmes pilnvērtīgākai realizēšanai novada līmenī. Pētījumā izmantotas anketēšanas un dokumentu analīzes metodes, kas atklāj, ka kolektīvi sniedz ieguldījumu kopienas saliedētībā un vietējā ekonomikā, bet pastāv izaicinājumi atbalsta sadalījumā, informācijas pieejamībā un komunikācijā. Izstrādāti priekšlikumi kultūrpolitikas uzlabošanai. Darbs: 82 lapaspuses, četras nodaļas, 4 pielikumi, 84 informācijas avoti.

The topic of the master’s thesis is “The Impact of Support for Cultural Collectives on the Socioeconomic Development of Tukums Municipality.” The aim of the study is to evaluate the socioeconomic impact of cultural collectives in Tukums Municipality after the administrative-territorial reform by analyzing the support system and the experiences of collective members and leaders, in order to develop proposals for enhancing this impact at the municipal level. The research applies survey and document analysis methods, revealing that cultural collectives contribute to community cohesion and the local economy, though challenges remain in the areas of support distribution, access to information, and communication. Proposals for improving local cultural policy have been developed. The thesis comprises 84 pages, four chapters, four appendices, and 76 sources.
