Skolas kvalitātes kultūra kā izglītības reformas virzītājspēks

Abstract

Maģistra darba “Skolas kvalitātes kultūra kā izglītības reformas virzītājspēks” mērķis ir izpētīt skolas kvalitātes kultūras ietekmi uz izglītības reformu ieviešanu skolā. Darba teorētiskajā daļā autore aplūko kvalitātes kultūras un izglītības reformu teorētiskos aspektus. Empīriskajā daļā veikta kvalitatīva un kvantitatīva analīze, kas atklāj, kā dažādi faktori – vadības pieeja, profesionālā attīstība, visu pušu iesaiste un sadarbība – ietekmē izglītības reformu īstenošanu. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka skolas kvalitātes kultūrai, tās elementiem ir ietekme reformas ieviešanai skolā. Balstoties uz iegūtajiem datiem, darbā tiek sniegti ieteikumi skolu vadībai, lai stiprinātu kvalitātes kultūru un veicinātu sekmīgu reformu īstenošanu izglītības sistēmā.

The aim of the master's thesis “School quality culture as a driving force of educational reform” is to study the impact of school quality culture on the implementation of educational reforms in schools. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the author examines the theoretical aspects of quality culture and educational reforms. In the empirical part, a qualitative and quantitative analysis was conducted, which reveals how various factors – management approach, professional development, involvement and cooperation of all parties – influence the implementation of educational reforms. The results of the study show that school quality culture and its elements have an impact on the implementation of reforms in schools. Based on the data obtained, the thesis provides recommendations for school management to strengthen quality culture and promote the successful implementation of reforms in the education system.
