Sporta pasākumu aizsardzības veidi

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs “Sporta pasākumu aizsardzības veidi” ir pētījums par sporta pasākumu aizsardzības problēmu - autortiesību un blakustiesību neattiecināmību uz sporta pasākumiem, kas organizatoriem var radīt izaicinājumus saistībā ar kontroli pār pasākumu ierakstu veikšanu un to izmantošanu. Darba ietvaros autore apskata citu valstu normatīvajos aktos ietvertās tiesības sporta pasākumu rīkotājiem, kā arī izvērtē jau pieejamos mehānismus, kas ļauj novērst pasākuma nevēlamu fiksēšanu un ierakstu izmantošanu. Darba rezultātā autore secina, ka vairākos jautājumos nepieciešama pašu sporta pasākumu rīkotāju proaktīva rīcība, kā arī piedāvā priekšlikumus normatīvā regulējuma pilnveidošanai.

The bachelor's thesis “Types of Protection for Sports Events” studies the problem of protecting sports events - the inapplicability of copyright and related rights to sports events can create challenges for organizers in relation to control over the recording of events and their use. Withing the framework of the assignment, the author examines the rights of sports event organizers included in the regulatory enactments of other countries, as well as evaluates the already available mechanisms that can allow prevention of unwanted recording of the event and use of such recordings. The author concludes that proactive action by the organizers of sports events is necessary in several matters, and offers proposals for improvement of the regulatory framework.
