Darba autors izstrādā priekšlikumu normatīvā regulējuma pilnveidošanai, paredzot priekšlīguma institūta tiesisko seku paplašināšanu Civillikumā. Tiek aktualizēta Senāta jaunākā prakse, kas būtiski paplašina iespējas tiesiski aizsargāt priekšlīguma dalībnieku intereses, tostarp prasīt galvenā līguma noslēgšanu. Darbā salīdzināti Latvijas un citu Eiropas valstu modeļi, uzsverot nepieciešamību pārskatīt līdzšinējo interpretāciju un stiprināt priekšlīguma praktisko nozīmi. The author proposes improvements to the legal framework by expanding the legal consequences of the pre-contract institution in the Civil Law. The thesis highlights the latest case law of the Supreme Court, which significantly broadens the possibilities for legally protecting the interests of pre-contracting parties, including the right to demand the conclusion of the main contract. The work compares Latvian and other European legal models, emphasizing the need to revise the current interpretation and to strengthen the practical significance of the pre-contract.
