Bakalaura darbā analizēta piespiedu izpildes problemātika, kad piedziņa tiek vērsta uz parādniekam piederošo nekustamo īpašumu. Šī procesa īstenošanai zvērinātiem tiesu izpildītājiem praksē nākas saskarties ar šķēršļiem, kas liedz nodrošināt efektīvu tiesas nolēmumu izpildi. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt piedziņas vēršanas uz nekustamo īpašumu procesu, identificēt ar to saistītās problēmas un nepilnības normatīvajā regulējumā, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus regulējuma pilnveidei, lai nodrošinātu samērīgu un efektīvu nolēmumu izpildi. Darba rezultātā ir identificētas normatīvā akta nepilnības un izstrādāti iespējamie risinājumi, kas sekmētu taisnīgu un efektīvu piespiedu izpildes procesu. Darbā piedāvāti priekšlikumi tiesiskā regulējuma pilnveidei, tostarp piespiedu pārvaldības ieviešanai un partnerības mantisko attiecību noteikšanai. The bachelor's thesis analyzes the issues related to enforcement proceedings when recovery is directed at the debtor's real estate. In practice, sworn bailiffs face obstacles that hinder the effective enforcement of court decisions in this process. The aim of the thesis is to examine the process of enforcement against real estate, identify the related problems and deficiencies in the regulatory framework, and develop proposals to improve the regulations to ensure proportional and effective enforcement of decisions. As a result of the thesis, deficiencies in the regulatory framework have been identified and possible solutions have been developed to promote a fair and efficient enforcement process. The thesis offers proposals for improving the legal regulation, including the introduction of compulsory administration and the determination of property relations within a partnership.
