Soda noteikšana par vairākiem noziedzīgiem nodarījumiem

Abstract

Bakalaura darba autore veic izpēti par soda noteikšanu par vairākiem noziedzīgiem nodarījumiem, kāda ir šī regulējuma vēsturiskā attīstība un kā tieši mūsdienās normatīvajā aktā tas tiek regulēts, kā arī cik atšķirīgi ir citu valstu regulējumi. Darba ietvarā tiek izvirzīti secinājumi, kādēļ ir nepieciešami normatīvā regulējuma grozījumi un kādu pienesumu tie sniedz tiesu praksē. Kopsavilkumā autore, veicot izpēti par regulējuma vēsturisko attīstību, mūsdienu regulējumu un citu valstu regulējumiem, izvirza secinājumu par šī brīža regulējuma piemērotību mūsdienām un grozījumu pozitīvo ietekmi nākotnē.

The author of the bachelor’s thesis carries out research on the determination of punishment for a number of offences, the historical development of this aspect and how it is reflected in the normative framework today, as well as how different the regulations of other countries are. Within the framework of the work, conclusions are drawn as to why amendments to the regulatory framework are necessary and what contribution they make to the case law. In summary, the author, in her research on the historical development of regulation, modern regulation and examples of different countries, draws a conclusion on the appropriateness of the current regulation for the present day and the positive impact of the amendment for the future.
