Zemnieku nemieru ietekme uz agrārajiem likumiem Vidzemes guberņā (1800-1819)

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs klāsta par svarīgu, bet aizmirstu tēmu Latvijas un arī Igaunijas vēsturē, respektīvi par 19.gadsimta lielākā sociālā slāņa – zemnieku kārtas izraisītajiem nemieriem un to ietekmi uz agrāro likumdošanu Vidzemes guberņā. Darba mērķis ir izvērtēt nemieru ietekmi uz 1804., 1809. un 1819.gadu Vidzemes zemnieku likumiem, kā arī atspoguļot lielākās izmaiņas šajos likumos. Un atbilde, kas parādās šajā darbā, nav viennozīmīga, un atšķiras atkarībā par kuru likumu izstrādi ir runa.

The bachelor thesis deals with an important but forgotten topic in the history of Latvia and Estonia, namely the unrest caused by the largest social stratum of the 19th century - the peasant class - and its impact on agrarian legislation in the Vidzeme province. The aim of the paper is to assess the impact of the revolts on the Vidzeme peasant laws of 1804, 1809 and 1819 and to present the major changes in these laws. And the answer that appears in this work is not unambiguous and varies depending on which laws are in question.
