Uzziņu bibliotekāra darba specifika

Abstract

Darbā pētīta, analizēta un izvērtēta uzziņu bibliotekāra loma un realizējamās funkcijas. Veikts atbilstošo informācijas avotu apskats (76 vienības). Izstrādāti uzziņu bibliotekāra aktivitāšu darbību biznesa procesu modeļi (rīks AIRIS Express). Izveidots arī kopējais modelis, kurš parāda uzziņu bibliotekāra darbības atkarību no informācijas vides izmaiņām. Uzziņu bibliotekāra reālās darbības noskaidrošanai Latvijā un ārzemēs, izstrādātas anketas papīra un elektroniskajā formātā (izmantots rīks ZetTool) bibliotekāru un lietotāju aptaujai. Iegūtas atbildes no 20 Latvijas un 9 ārzemju bibliotekāriem, kā arī no 45 lietotājiem. Veikta Latvijas Nacionālās bibliotēkas Uzziņu centra darbinieku intervēšana. Iegūto rezultātu datu apstrādei izmantota tiešās ranžēšanas ekspertu metode. Noskaidrotas uzziņu bibliotekāra attīstības perspektīvas. Atslēgvārdi: uzziņu bibliotekārs, uzziņas intervija, informācijas izglītotība, iekļautie bibliotekāri, apmācību bibliotēka.

The role and the realizing functions of the reference librarian are examined, analyzed and evaluated. The appropriate information sources are reviewed (76 units). With the help of ARIS Express tool, are worked out the models of reference librarian business processes. The total model shows the dependence of reference librarian of the changes of information environment. For clearing up the activities of reference librarian in Latvia and abroad, the questionnaires both in paper and electronic formats are worked out (used the ZetTool). 20 Latvian and 9 foreign librarians answers are obtained and from 45 patrons as well. The Latvian National library Reference Center workers interview is done. For obtaining data processing are used the direct arrangement expert method. The reference librarian development perspectives are established.
