Cilvēka cieņas jēdziens Vatikāna II koncila dokumentā "Gaudium et Spes"

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs „Cilvēka cieņas jēdziens Vatikāna II koncila dokumentā Gaudium et Spes“ ir rakstīts ar mērķi aktualizēt jautājumu par cilvēka cieņu, jo darba autore uzskata, ka daudzas negācijas, kas šodien valda sabiedrībā, izriet tieši no cieņas trūkuma pret cilvēka personu kā tādu. Par bakalaura darba tēzi ir izvirzīts apgalvojums, ka Vatikāna optimistiskās teoloģijas gaisotne liedz modernajam cilvēkam uztvert cieņas jēdziena būtību, kura pamatojums meklējams Svētajos Rakstos. Lai tēzi apstiprinātu, autore izmanto teoloģisko ideju analīzes metodi, kuras ietvaros tiek apskatīti dažādi cilvēka cieņas jēdziena skaidrojuma varianti bakalaura darba 1. nodaļā. 2. nodaļa tuvāk iepazīstina ar cilvēka cieņas jēdziena skaidrojumu dokumentā Gaudium et Spes un dokumenta tapšanas vēsturisko fonu – Vatikāna II koncilu. Bakalaura darba 3. nodaļa ir veltīta teologam, katoļu tradīcijas pārstāvim, Vatikāna II koncila padomniekam Hansam Kingam, kurš, būdams pietiekami progresīvs, ļauj veidot objektīvu vērtējumu par Vatikāna II koncilu un tā laikā izstrādāto dokumentu idejām un gaitu. Darba gaitā tēze ir apstiprinājusies. Tāpat ir kļuvis skaidrs, ka vēsts, ko Baznīca grib sniegt modernajai sabiedrībai, tai ir ļoti nepieciešama, bet Baznīcai joprojām ir jādomā par to, kā runāt ar sabiedrību tai saprotamā valodā.

The present Diploma Paper ’’The concept of human dignity in the Vatican Council’s II document Gaudium et Spes“ is written with the aim to activate the issue about a human dignity, because the author of the Diploma Paper considers that many negations existing in the society nowadays result exactly from the lack of the dignity towards human beings as such. The hypothesis of the Diploma Paper is that the dignity towards a human’s personality is a necessary virtue in the process of identity development. In order to affirm the thesis, the author of the Diploma Paper uses the method where the ideas of theology are being analysed; within the framework of it various explanations of the concepts of a human dignity have been inspected in chapter one. Chapter two introduces more detailed the explanation of the concept of human dignity in the document Gaudium et Spes and also with the historical background of the formation of the document Vatican Council II. Besides, chapter three is devoted to a theologian Hans KŅng whos is the representative of catholic traditions, and who being progressive enough, allows to make an objective appreciation about the Vatican Council II and about the ideas and the process that have been worked out that time. During the process of writing the Diploma Paper the thesis has been affirmed. Similarly, it has been found out that the message which the Chuch wants to give to our modern society, is really necessary, but the Chuch still has to think about how to speak with the society clearly and comprehensibly.
