Latviskums un reliģiozitāte multikulturālā vidē - Vācijā

Abstract

“Latviskums un reliģiozitāte multikulturālā vidē – Vācijā.” Šī darba tēma ir saistīta ar pašreizējo Latvijas evaņģēliski luterisko Baznīcu Vācijā, konkrēti fokusējot uzmanību uz draudzes locekļiem. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kādi ir Vācijas latviešu draudzes locekļu piederības aspekti diasporas baznīcai. Proti, kādi motīvi dominē un nosaka to, ka Vācijā dzīvojošs latvietis pieder arī latviešu baznīcai un draudzei. Pētījumā izvirzītā tēze ir: Piederību latviešu draudzei diasporā nosaka un ietekmē latviešu identitāte. Par pamatu pētījumam tiek izmantota socioloģiskās pētniecības kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode – mutvārdu vēstures biogrāfiskā intervija. Darbs sastāv no teorētiskas daļas, kurā apskatīta metodoloģija un empīriskās jeb pētījuma daļas, kurā autore izanalizē savākto interviju materiālu.

Bachelor paper „Latvian Nationality and Religiosity in multicultural environment. Example of Germany” deals with the present situation of the Latvian Evangelical Lutheran Church in Germany. The main focus is on the church members and their motivation for belonging to the Diaspora congregation. The aim of the paper is to discover the motivation of the Latvians living in Germany to join Latvian-speaking congregations. The Bachelor paper has been elaborated in the field of the sociology of religion, and employs its methods, especially the quantitative research method of sociology and a biographical interview - of oral history. It is based on 12 personal interviews made with the church members in different parts of Germany. The Bachelor paper contains two parts: theoretical part, which deals with applied theories and methods used in the research. The second part presents the analysis of the personal interviews. The thesis of the paper is that national identity is the main reason for Latvians living in Germany to belong to a Latvian congregation.
