Sabata eshatoloģiskā dimensija

Abstract

Maģistra darbs „Sabata eshatoloģiskā dimensija” ir pētījums, kas meklē sabata eshatoloģiskās dimensijas raksturojošus elementus Vecajā Derībā. Šī darba tēze ir: „Vecajā Derībā sabata eshatoloģiskā dimensija atklājas caur tam piedēvēto radīšanas un glābšanas motīvu.” Šādas idejas pierādīšanai tiek pētīti Vecajā Derībā atspoguļotie eshatoloģiskie priekšstati un to saistība ar sabatu. Eshatoloģiskie priekšstati, sabata prakse Vecajā Derībā ir jautājums par Dieva dabu. Dievs kā izcelsmes avots ļauj saistīt šos jēdzienus un meklēt to kopsakarības, lai izdarītu secinājumu, ka Dieva radošajai un glābjošajai aktivitātei, ko piemin sabatā, ir arī eshatoloģisks raksturs. Master‟s Thesis ”Eschatological dimension of the Sabbath,” is a study, searching for characteristics of the eschatological dimension of the Sabbath in the Old Testament. The thesis of this study: „In the Old Testament the eschatological dimension of the Sabbath is revealed through creation and redemption motives, which are associated with it.” To prove the suggested idea the eschatological concepts in the Old Testament have been investigated and related to Sabbath. In the Old Testament both the eschatological concepts and practice of the Sabbath is a question of God's nature. God as the origin of both items allows to relate them and search for a correlations.
