Darba nosaukums „Laulības tiesisko attiecību pārtraukšanas veidi, sekas”.
Atbilstoši statistikas datiem šķirto laulību skaits arvien palielinās, līdz ar to aktuālāki kļūst jautājumi par šķiršanās procesa efektivitāti, vienkāršošanu, kā arī laulāto likumisko mantisko attiecību noregulējumu.
Darba mērķis ir laulības tiesisko attiecību izbeigšanas veidu un mantisko seku izpēte, kā arī materiālo un procesuālo normu analīze un problemātikas izpēte.
Mērķu sasniegšanai analizēti laulības tiesisko attiecību izbeigšanas veidi Latvijas Republikas Civillikuma kontekstā, materiālās tiesību normas saistībā ar laulības šķiršanu un atzīšanu par spēkā neesošu, mantiskās sekas laulības izbeigšanas gadījumos, kā arī civilprocesuālās nepilnības un problēmas minēto kategoriju lietu iztiesāšanas procesā un piedāvāt to risinājumus.
Secināts, ka spēkā esošās tiesību normas neregulē iepriekšēja labklājības līmeņa nodrošināšanas prasības celšanas termiņu; zvērinātam notāram nav likumīga pamata izbeigt uzsākto laulības šķiršanas lietu, ja viens no laulātajiem ir miris; problēmas sagādā laulāto kopīgās mantas dalīšanas pareiza izpratne.

According to statistical data the number of dissolved marriages is continuously expanding, wherewith the issues on the divorce proceedings efficiency, simplification, as well as on the regulation of property relations between spouses become more and more urgent.
The objective of the Paper lies in the study of the ways of termination of marital relationship and property consequences, as well as in the analysis of material and procedural provisions and in the study of the range of problems.
Achievement of the objective involved the analysis of the ways of termination of marital relationship for the purposes of Civil Law of the Republic of Latvia, provisions of material law in connection with marriage dissolution and invalidation, property consequences in marriage termination cases, as well as incompleteness of civil procedure and problems in the process of litigation of the foregoing category of cases and in offering solutions thereof.
It is concluded that the effective legal provisions do not regulate the period for making a claim for the ensuring of the previous level of well-being, a sworn notary does not have any legal basis to close an initiated divorce case, unless either of spouses has deceased; problems raise from correct understanding of division of common property of spouses.
