Maģistra darba tēma ir „Valsts un atsevišķo reliģisko savienību (baznīcu) attiecību tiesiskais regulējums”. Pētījuma mērķis ir noteikt Ministru kabineta un reliģisko savienību (baznīcu) parakstīto līgumu tiesisko statusu, spēka esamību, kā arī izvērtēt valsts un reliģisko savienību (baznīcu) attiecību attīstību nākotnē un tās ietekmi uz spēka esošajiem normatīvajiem aktiem. Darbā tiks apskatīta atsevišķo Eiropas Savienības valstu prakse līgumu ar reliģisko organizāciju slēgšanā, apskatot līgumu ar reliģiskajām organizācijām juridisko statusu, saturisko jēgu un slēgšanas pamatus. The subject of this Master’s project is the „Legal regulation of the relations between the State and individual religious communities (churches)”. The aim of this research is to determine the legal status and validity of agreements entered into between the Cabinet of Minister and religious communities (churches), as well as to assess the development of the relations between the State and religious communities (churches) and its impact on the regulatory enactments currently in force. The work will also consider the practice of individual European Union states in regard to entering into agreements with religious organisations, considering the legal status of, the meaning of the contents of and principles of the conclusion of agreements with religious organisations.
