Prostitūcijas Latvijā kā sociāltiesiskas parādības raksturojums

Abstract

Šajā zinātniskajā darbā autore ir pētījusi prostitūciju kā sociāltiesisku parādību. Darbā tiek analizēts problēmjautājums par prostitūcijas tiesisko regulējumu, kas būtiski ietekmē prostitūcijas novēršanas un apkarošanas veidus. Šī jautājuma izpētē autore savā zinātniskajā darbā ir analizējusi trīs galvenos aspektus, kurus jāņem vērā meklējot iespējamo risinājumu darbā izvirzītajai problēmai. šie aspekti ir -prostitūcijas teorētiskie aspekti; -prostitūcijas tiesiskie aspekti; -prostitūcijas kriminoloģiskie aspekti. Teorētisko aspektu izpētē, Jūs varat noskaidrot vārda „prostitūcija” jēdzienu un būtību, šīs sociāli negatīvās parādības vēsturisko attīstību, tās seno un daudzveidīgo dabu, veidus kā tā tika regulēta un ierobežota, kā arī cilvēku attieksmi pret prostitūciju civilizācijas attīstības gaitā. Šīs sociālās parādības cēloņi un iemesli tās ilggadējai pastāvēšanai. Šajā zinātniskajā darbā, Jūs, varat iepazīties ar prostitūcijas tiesiskajiem aspektiem Latvijā un citās ārvalstīs, piemēram, Zviedrijā, Vācijā un citās. Šajā darbā ir pētīti arī prostitūcijas kriminoloģiskie aspekti, kuros ietilpst prostitūcijas attīstības tendences un šī brīža situācijas raksturojums Latvijā. Prostitūcija kā sociāli negatīva parādība kriminoloģijas skatījumā un iespējamie risinājumi prostitūcijas novēršanā un apkarošanā, to pozitīvās un negatīvās iezīmes, zinātnieku viedokļi par iespējamajiem risinājumiem, kā arī autores viedokli kādēļ būtu nepieciešams veikt izsmeļošu zinātnisku pētījumu, iesaistot tajā dažādu nozaru speciālistus.

This research work is about prostitution in Latvia as social – legal things characterization. In this research work author has analyzed difficulty of prostitutions legal control that substantially affects prevention and fight against prostitution and its causes. There for author has researched three main aspects of this problem, which should be taken in to account in order to find the best solution of prostitutions legal control in Latvia. These three main aspects are: theoretical aspects of prostitution; legal aspects of prostitution and criminological aspects of prostitution. In research of theoretical aspects of prostitution you can clarify such facts as conception of word “prostitution”, essence of prostitution, also historically evolution of this negative social phenomenon, its ancient and multiplicity spirit, forms of control and limit, human attitude to prostitution in process of humanity evolution. Author has examined such theoretical aspects of prostitution as causes and motives of this negative social phenomenon existence. In this research work you can get straight with legal aspects of prostitution in Latvia and other foreign countries as Sweden, Germany and others. You can acquaint with criminological aspects of prostitution, what contain tendency of prostitution progress and characteristic of this moment situation in Latvia. Possible solutions advantages and disadvantages in prevention and fighting against prostitution and its causes. You can acquaint with scientists opinion about prostitution and its prevention. In this research work you can clarify author opinion, why it is advisable to make in-depth investigation of prostitution as social – legal fact. It is advisable to involve the best scientists of various branches in investigation of this negative social phenomenon.
