Slepkavības kriminoloģiskās izpētes aspekti

Abstract

Darbā slepkavību kriminoloģiskās izpētes aspekti autore apkopoja un pētīja aspektus, kas ir nozīmīgi slepkavību kriminoloģiskajā izpētē. Darbā apskatīti tādi aspekti kā slepkavību kriminoloģiskā klasifikācija, slepkavību izdarījušās personas un upura raksturojumu, kā arī slepkavību ietekmējošos apstākļus un preventīvos līdzekļus, ar kādiem tos iespējams novērst. Autore atklāja, ka daži no slepkavību kriminoloģiskās izpētes aspektiem ir tikuši pētīti mazāk kā citi, piemēram, ļoti plaša izpēte ir veikta par slepkavību izdarījušajām personām un slepkavību ietekmējošiem apstākļiem, bet salīdzinoši maz ir apskatīti veidi, kā novērst slepkavību ietekmējošos apstākļus, kaut arī, pēc autores domām, tas ir viens no svarīgākajiem slepkavību kriminoloģiskās izpētes aspektiem, jo slepkavību kriminoloģiskā izpēte ir vērsta uz slepkavību novēršanu.

In the work ‘Aspects of Criminological Research of Murder’ author gathered and examined the aspects that are significant in criminological research of murder, such as the legal definition of murder, murder classification, personality of the offender, victims of murder, circumstances that affect possibility of committing murder and the prevention of these circumstances. Author found that some of these aspects are les studied than others, for example there have been done wide research on personality of the offender and circumstances, which affect possibility of committing murder. But there are few materials on prevention of circumstances that affect possibility of committing murder, which is one of the most relevant aspects of criminological research of murder, because the research of murder is directed to prevent act of murder.
