Viduslaiku laulību tradīciju īpatnības Baltijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs „Viduslaiku laulību tradīciju īpatnības Baltijā” ir izstrādāts, veicot patstāvīgu pētījumu par laulību paražām Viduslaikos. Katrām tiesībām ir savs avots, no kura tās izceļas, un ir savs novads, kur tās ir spēkā. Darba izpētes rezultātā autore secina, ka Latvijas tiesības raksturo nedaudzi no citām tiesībām pārņemti galvenie avoti, Latvijā katrs zemes kungs, katra pilsēta un katra muiža centās dzīvot pēc savām vietējām tiesībām. Tiesību vēsturē par tiesību avotu sauc katru jutekliski tveramu parādību, kas liecina par kādas tiesību normas bijumu, saturu vai likteni. Autore secina, ka laulību paražas, kas pārņemtas un mantotas no mūsu priekštečiem tā arī paliks kā vēstures fenomens. Autore uzskata, ka mērķi un uzdevumus, kas tika izvirzīti darbā ir sasniegusi, jo darbs tika izstrādāts patstāvīgi meklējot avotus un izmantojamo literatūru.

The thesis of bachelors work is „Medieval marriage traditions in the Baltic” has developed carrying out independent research on the marriage customs of the Middle Ages. Every right has its own source, from which they stand and have their own county, where it is valid. In work study the author concludes, that the Latvian law describes a few of the other right over the main sources, each of the land, in Latvia each land master, each city and each manor tried to live by their local law. In legislative history of the source of law is called every sensual scope of the phenomenon, suggesting a law reverence, content, or destiny. The author concludes that the marriage customs, which are reproduced and inherited from our ancestors, also will remain as a historical phenomenon. The author believes, that the objectives and tasks that were put to work is achieved, because the work was developed independently searching for the sources and used literature.
