Bakalaura darba tēma „Juridisko personu kriminālatbildība” ir aktuāla krimināltiesību jomā. Bakalaura darbā tika pētītas juridiskās personas, to veidi un Latvijas Krimināllikumā juridiskām personām paredzētie piespiedu ietekmēšanas līdzekļi. Bakalaura darba pēdējā nodaļā tika veikta Igaunijas, Lietuvas, Moldovas, Dānijas, Vācijas, Nīderlandes, Francijas un Krievijas kriminālkodeksu normu salīdzināšana attiecībā uz tajos paredzēto vai neparedzēto juridisko personu kriminālatbildību. Pētījuma rezultātā darba autore nonāca pie secinājuma, ka Latvijā ieviestais modelis, kas paredz juridiskām personām piemērojamos piespiedu ietekmēšanas līdzekļus, neatzīstot juridiskās personas par noziedzīga nodarījuma subjektu, atšķiras no citu valstu modeļiem un var tikt izmantots par piemēru, kā jaunas tiesību normas papildina esošo likumdošanu negraujot iestājušās tiesību tradīcijas, t.i. paredzot juridiskām personām piespiedu ietekmēšanas līdzekļus likumdevējs neatsakās no individuālās vainas principa. Theme of baccalaureate work „The criminal liability of legal entities”, which is relevant in the criminal branch of the laws. At the other part of the baccalaureate work the analysis has been carried out of the criminal liability of physical persons in the affairs of legal entities. In last part of the baccalaureate work differences and similarities of the criminal laws of Estonia, Lithuania, Moldova, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, France and Russia have been compared to establish, if criminal liability of legal entities is provided or not provided by local laws. As a result of research the author of work has drawn a conclusion that the model introduced in Latvia, which provides application to legal entities influence forced measures without recognizing the legal entities as the subject of the criminal activity, differs from models of other countries. Latvian laws can be used as the example of how new rules of law supplement existing legal regulation without pulling down the settled legal traditions. That can be achieved by ensuring that provision of the application of the forced measures to influence concerning legal entities the legislator doesn't recede from a principle of the responsibilities by individuals.
