Noziedzīgu nodarījumu Informācijas sistēmu drošības jomā krimināltiesiskie un kriminoloģiskie aspekti

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā aplūkots, kas ir informācijas sistēmas, kādi ir to apdraudējumi, Krimināllikumā paredzētie noziedzīgie nodarījumi informācijas sistēmu drošības jomā. Izpētītas galvenās noziedzīgu nodarījumu informācijas sistēmu drošības jomā subjektu grupas, kā arī noziedzīgu nodarījumu informācijas sistēmu drošības jomā izplatības raksturojums. Sniegts ieskats Latvijas un ārvalstu prevencijas praksē noziedzīgu nodarījumu informācijas sistēmu drošības jomā. Bakalaura darba pielikumos atspoguļoti aptaujas pētījuma rezultāti, kas atspoguļo iedzīvotāju vispārējo izpratni par kibernoziedzību un nepieciešamību pienācīgi aizsargāt datus. Pielikumā ir pievienota intervija ar Valsts policijas Galvenās Kriminālpolicijas pārvaldes 4. nodaļas priekšnieku Aleksandru Buko. Pierādīta hipotēze: noziedzīgi nodarījumi informācijas sistēmu drošības jomā ir saistīti ar to, ka informācijas tehnoloģijas attīstās daudz intensīvāk, salīdzinot ar to drošību nodrošinošo krimināltiesisko regulējumu.

In bachelor paper is explored, what is the information systems, which threats exists for them, criminal offences, provided by Criminal Law, explored the main groups of subjects of criminal offences in the sphere, and the characteristic of the spread of criminal offences in the sphere of safety of the information systems. Given the insight in the Latvian and foreign practice of prevention of the criminal offences in the sphere of security of information systems. In the attachments to the bachelor paper are reflected the results of research of the interrogation, which reflect the attitude of inhabitants on cyber crimes in general and the need for data protection, found interview with the chief of the 4th division of the State`s Criminal police Alexander Buko. Criminal offences in the sphere of safety of information systems are connected with the fact that information technologies develop much more intensive than the legal adjustment, which guarantees their safety.
