Šis bakalaura darbs ir veltīts dabisko tiesību skolas ideju ietekmei uz XVIII gs. beigu un XIX gs. sākuma konstitūcijām. Darbā tiek analizētas Antīko, Viduslaiku un Apgaismības filozofu idejas, par tautas un valsts savstarpējām attiecībām. Lielāka uzmanība tiek veltīta Apgaismības laikmeta domātāju, tādu kā T. Hobss, Dž. Loks, Š. Monteskjē un Ž.Ž. Russo izteiktām idejām.
Darbā ir veikts ASV, Žečpospolitas, 1791. un 1793. gada Francijas, 1812. gada Spānijas un 1849. gada Vācijas Impērijas konstitūciju pētījums. Darba mērķis ir apskatīt, kā XVIII gadsimta beigu un XIX gadsimts sākuma konstitūcijās darbojās un tika realizētas dabisko tiesību skolas idejas, un aplūkot šo ideju teorētisko pamatojumu dabisko tiesību skolas filozofu darbos. Šajā darbā ir veikti sekojošie uzdevumi: apskatīts dabisko tiesību saturs un būtība, izmantojot pētnieku un filozofu darbus; apskatīti Antīkā laikmeta, Viduslaiku un Apgaismības filozofu idejas un viņu darbos izteiktās domas un to ietekme; veikts pētījums par dabisko tiesību skolas ideju atspoguļojumu XVIII un XIX gs. konstitūcijās. Ir secināts, ka dabisko tiesību skolas idejas ir atstājušas plašu ietekmi uz minētām konstitūcijām un ir aktuālas līdz mūsdienām.

This baccalaureate work is devoted to influence of the ideas of natural law school on constitutions of the end of the 18th century and beginning of the 19th century. It analyzes ideas of Antique, Medieval and Enlightenment philosophers about relations between people and government. The main attention is paid to the ideas of Enlightenment age philosophers, such as Thomas Hobbes, John Locke, Montesquieu and Jean-Jacques Rousseau
In this work is made research of constitutions of the USA, Commonwealth of Poland, French constitutions (1791 and 1793), Spain constitution (1812), constitution of the German Empire (1849). The object of research is to analyze how ideas of the natural low school was worked and were implemented in constitutions mentioned above and find the theoretical grounds of these ideas in works of natural low schools philosophers. In this work was performed the following tasks: using works of researchers and philosophers was considered content and nature of the natural rights; considered ideas of Antique, Medieval and Enlightenment philosophers and impact what these ideas made; was conducted a study how natural law school's ideas reflected in the constitutions of the end of 18th century and the beginning of 19th century. It is concluded that the natural law school ideas left wide-ranging impact on these constitutions and retained their relevance for today.
This work consists of three parts, introduction and conclusions and is including the list of used literature.
