Abstract

Bakalaura darbs “Personas datu aizsardzības attīstība elektronisko sakaru jomā” sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Pirmā nodaļā apskatīts personas datu aizsardzības elektronisko sakaru jomā saturs, izpratne un jēdzieni, ietverot nozīmīgāko tiesību avotu apskatu un tēmā ietverto būtību. Otrā nodaļa pēta pārmaiņas tiesiskajā regulējumā, ietverot pamatā Elektronisko sakaru likuma grozījumu normu analīzi. Trešā nodaļa ietver datu aizsardzības normatīvās bāzes grozījumu pārskatu un analīzi saziņas noslēpuma aspektā. Ceturtā nodaļa ietver citu aktuālo problemātiku, kā sociālie tīkli un elektronisko komersantu piekoptā profilēšana bez datu subjekta piekrišanas. Kopsavilkumā aizstāvēšanai izvirzītas trīspadsmit tēzes.

The Bachelor thesis “Development of personal data protection in electronic communications.” consists of four chapters. The first section considers the content and understanding the concepts of protection of personal data in electronic communications, including the review of the major sources of law and the nature of the topic covered. The second chapter examines changes in the regulatory framework which is based on the Electronic Communications Act amendment and its rule analysis. The third section includes analysis and review of data-protection regulatory framework amendment in communication secrecy aspect. The fourth chapter involves other current issues, as processing of personal data in social networks and a background of e-merchants profiling without the data subject’s consent. The conclusion consists of thirteen theses chosen for defending.
