Autora personiskās tiesības - "sešas tiesības", to apjoms un teorētiskais koncepts

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs „Autora personiskās tiesības – „sešas” tiesības to apjoms un teorētiskais koncepts” ir teorētisks darbs par vienu no autortiesību pamatiem – autora personiskām tiesībām. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir apskatīt un analizēt droit d`auteur tiesību koncepciju uz ko balstīti Latvijas autortiesību normatīvie akti, tādā veidā atklājot autortiesību nemateriālo dabu „sešu tiesību” apjomā. Izpēte tiks veikta, lai juridiski analizētu šī tiesību apjoma jēdzienisko saturu. Bakalaura darba Autore atzinīgi vērtē to, ka starptautiskās tiesību normas aizsargā gan pašu autoru, gan tā darba potenciālos izmantotājus un to, ka autortiesībām tiek piešķirts cilvēktiesību statuss. Tas vēlreiz pierāda to, ka autortiesību jautājumi sabiedrībā ir aktuāli, tās ar savu nenoliedzamu līdzdalību pasaules attīstībā ir izpelnījuši vietu ne tikai Eiropas, bet arī pasaules līmeņa tiesību sistēmās, pielīdzinot autortiesības vispārējiem tiesību principiem.

The bachelor paper “Author’s Personal Rights – "six rights" its Scape and Theoretical Concepts ” is a theoretical work on one of copyright basis - personal rights of an author. Copyrights are necessary in order to protect the rights of an author as the creator to decide on the way of use of his work, to ensure that authors of a work would receive remuneration for creation and use of a work by this favouring creative activities and development of culture, education and science in all fields of the society. Moreover, it is necessary to take into account the fact that copyrights should be perceived as a body of personal and economic rights of an author. The author of the bachelor paper approves the fact that international legal norms protect both, the author and potential users of his or her work, as well as they secure the fact that copyright is conferred the status of human rights. This only proves that copyright issues are urgent for the society; copyright have gained a substantial important not only in European legal systems but also in those of the entire world by approximating copyrights to general legal principles.
