Abstract
Šajā darbā pētītas problēmas kā no kriminālprocesa doktrīnas viedokļa, tā arī normatīvajā regulējumā un praksē, piedāvāti atsevišķi skaidrojumi un risinājumi. Pastiprināta uzmanība pievērsta juridiskās prakses atbilstībai teorijai un normatīvajam regulējumam. Darba gaitā secināts, ka juridiskā prakse aplūkotā jautājuma ietvaros ne vienmēr atbilst likumam un doktrīnai, tādēļ ir meklēti neatbilstību cēloņi un piedāvāti risinājumi.
The study contains analysis of problems on the scope of doctrine of criminal proceedings, legislation of criminal proceedings and practical scope there are given some explanations and solutions. An additional attention is focused on the compliance of practical scope with legislation and doctrine. The course of study has lead to conclusion that exist discrepancies between doctrine of criminal proceedings, legislation of criminal proceedings and practical scope, therefore are found out causes of discrepancies and are given some solutions.
