The theme of this diploma work is „Evidence in cybercrime cases”. The main goals of this work are as follows, first is to explore the understanding of evidence, their features and types mentioned in criminal procedure law, as well as understanding the concept of cybercrimes, second to establish the problems in Criminal and Criminal procedure law and offer optimal solutions.
