Maģistra darbā uzmanība ir veltīta vienai no Uzņēmumu reģistra administratīvo pārkāpumu lietvedībai. Darbā ir izpētītas likuma normas, kas regulē Uzņēmumu reģistrā konstatēto administratīvo pārkāpumu konstatēšanas, izskatīšanas un soda uzlikšanas kārtību. Tiek dot arī autores viedoklis attiecība uz pastāvošo kārtību. Maģistra darbā ir trīs sadaļas. Pirmajā sadaļā ir dota pētāmā administratīvā pārkāpuma sastāva. Darba otrajā sadaļā uzmanība ir veltīta administratīvo pārkāpumu lietvedībai. Maģistra darba trešajā sadaļā autore piedāvā soda noteikšanas kritērijus par pētāmiem administratīvajiem pārkāpumiem un izsaka priekšlikumu izstrādāt iekšējos kārtības noteikumus. Maģistra darba nobeigumā autore piedāvā savus secinājumus un priekšlikumus esošo problēmu risināšanai, kā arī pastāvošas kārtības uzlabošanai. In master thesis the attention is paid to one of the functions of the Register of the Enterprises – administrative offence documentation. Master thesis consists of three parts. In the first part the analysis of structure of investigated administrative offences is given, having considered all elements of administrative offence composition. In the second part of work the attention is paid to administrative offence documentation. In the third part of work the author offers criteria of appointment of punishments for investigated administrative offences, and presents an opinion on how to develop rules of an existing order, which would regulate this matter. In the conclusion of master thesis the author offers to solve the present problems, and also to improve existing order and to promote the observance of normative acts and legal principles.
