Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Interešu konflikts un tā novēršana Valsts policijas amatpersonām”. Darba mērķis, izpētīt Valsts policijas amatpersonu interešu konflikta tiesiskos un praktiskos aspektus. Kā nepieļaut, lai Valsts policijas amatpersona strādājot vēl kādā papildus darba vietā nenonāktu pretrunā ar likumu. Darbam ir trīs nodaļas ar apakšnodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tika dots interešu konflikta raksturojums, kas ir Valsts amatpersonas jēdziens, un kādas problēmas izraisa dažāda veida definicijas traktējums Latvijas Republikas likumos un citos normatīvājos aktos, tika izvirzīti priekšlikumi problēmu risināšanai. Otrajā nodaļā apskatīts Valsts policijas amatpersonu funkcijas, kādas personas var kļūt par Valsts policijas amatpersonu, kādi ir policijas amatpersonām noteiktie ierobežojumi. Trešajā nodaļā aprakstīta interešu konflikta analīze Valsts policijā. Sniegti priekšlikumi, kā varētu nepieļaut interešu konfliktu Valsts sektorā strādājošajiem. Bakalaura darba nobeigumā sniegti risinājumi par Valsts policijas amatpersonu interešu konfliktu. Bachelor's thesis is: "A conflict of interests and its prevention regarding the employees of National Police." The aim of the work is to research legal and practical aspects of conflict of interest for the employees of State Police. How to prevent the employees of State Police while additional working in other institutions do not come into contradiction with the law. The work has three chapters with subsections. In the first chapter the characteristics of conflict of interests are given, what is the definition of State employee, what kind of problems occur different explanations of this definitions in different law acts of Latvian republic, suggestions of problems are given. The second chapter describes functions of the State Police employees, what kind of person can be a State police employee, what are the restrictions for police employees. The third chapter is analysis of conflict of interest for the State employees. Given proposals how to avoid conflict of interests in public sector for such employees. In the end of the work solutions about conflict of interest of State Police employees are given.
