Darbs sastāv no ievada,5 nodaļām,kopsavilkuma,1 pielikuma. 1.nodaļa konfrontē definīciju "Nepilngadīgais" pret definīciju civillikumā. Autore skaidro savu viedokli par nepilngadīgo kā līdzdalībnieku kriminālprocesā. 2.nodaļa aplūko iezīmes par kriminālprocesa uzsākšanu un apturēšanu nepilngadīgo lietās un pēta funkcijas pirmstiesas izmeklēšanā. 3.nodaļa izskata nepilngadīgo pārstāvja un aizstāvja piedalīšanos pirmstiesas izmeklēšanas laikā.4.nodaļa aplūko piespiedu pasākumus kopumā,īpašu uzmanību pievēršot šādiem piespiedu pasākumiem kā arestu,uzliekot nepilngadīgo, vecāku vai pilnvaroto uzraudzībā, nozīmējot nepilngadīgos sociālās korekcijas iestādes uzraudzībā. Aplūko nepilngadīgā aizturētā,aizdomās turētā un atbildētāja nopratināšnas funkcijas. 5.nodaļa aplūko iezīmes par pirmstiesas kriminālprocesa pabeigšanu nepilngadīgo lietās. Darba nodaļā tiek sniegta arī salīdzinošā analīze par LKPL un KK. Noslēgumā autore izvirza priekšlikumus nepilngadīgo personu tiesību uzlabošanai KP. The Paper consists of introduction, 5 chapters, conclusion, 1 annex.The 1st chapter confronts the definition of„Juvenile”concept against definition in civil law.Author explains her point of view about juvenile as participator in criminal process.The 2nd chapter examines the features of initiating and suspension of criminal process in juvenile cases.The 3rd chapter examines the participation of juvenile’s representative and defender during the pre-trial investigation.The 4th chapter examines Coercive measures on the whole, with special attention to such coercive measures as for example arrest, putting the juvenile under supervision of parents or trustees, assignment of juvenile to social correction school.Explores the features of interrogation of juvenile detainee,suspect and defendant.The 5th chapter examines the features of finishing of pre-trial investigation in juvenile criminal cases. In conclusion the author brings forward proposals on improvement of juvenile rights.
