Zusammenfassung
Bakalaura darbā tiek pētīta stipra psihiska uzbudinājuma stāvokļa jēdziena izpratne, Slepkavības stipra psihiska uzbudinājuma stāvokļa izpratnes attīstības vēsture Latvijā un Krimināllikuma 120.pantā iekļautā noziedzīgā nodarījuma sastāva analīze, lai nošķirtu slepkavību fizioloģiskā afekta stāvoklī no citiem slepkavību veidiem.
Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot stipra psihiska uzbudinājuma stāvokļa jēdziena skaidrojumu un veikt slepkavības šādā stāvoklī sastāva analīzi, salīdzinot teorijas mijiedarbību ar tiesu praksē esošajām lietām.
Lai sasniegtu šos mērķus autore pēta juridisko literatūru par stipra psihiska uzbudinājuma stāvokļa vēsturisko attīstību Latvijā 20.gs, kā arī juridisko un citu zinātņu literatūru stipra psihiska uzbudinājuma stāvokļa jēdziena skaidrojumam, analizē Krimināllikuma 120.pantā ietvertā noziedzīgā nodarījuma sastāvu un pieejamo Latvijas un ārvalsts tiesu praksi lietās par slepkavību stipra psihiska uzbudinājuma stāvoklī.
