On the one hand it has been concluded that the road signs are considered to be general administrative act. On the other hand this finding suggests to think whether this kind of legal nature should be attributed to all the road signs, how the notification of the road signs may be described, what to do if a traffic sign violates the rights of individuals.
The Bachelor thesis „The legal description of the road signs” explains and provides an answer to a number of issues, identifying the scope within which the road signs shall be recognized being general administrative act, explaining how the notification of the administrative act is being regulated, meanwhile taking into consideration findings estabilished in German legal science.
The key words: road signs in administrative law, general administrative act, the legal nature of the road sign
