Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Spīdzināšanas jēdziens un pazīmes.” Darba mērķis ir izpētīt spīdzināšanas jēdzienu un pazīmes, tā vēsturisko attīstību, kā arī aplūkot tiesisko regulējumu mūsdienās, kas vērsts uz spīdzināšanas izskaušanu, kā arī šo tiesību aktu ievērošanu. Darba uzdevumi apskatīt spīdzināšanas jēdziena vēsturisko attīstību un tā izspausmes; izpētīt un analizēt spīdzināšanas definīciju un tās pazīmes; aplūkot atbildību par spīdzināšanu Krimināllikumā un tiesu praksi lietās par spīdzināšanu; apkopot un izpētīt starptautisko tiesisko regulējumu spīdzināšanas izskaušanai; analizēt spīdzināšanas aizlieguma ievērošanu Latvijā; salīdzināt citu valstu krimināllikumos paredzēto atbildību par spīdzināšanu. Bachelor's thesis: "The torture difinition and signs." The objective is to explore torture concept and its features of the historical development, as well as look at the legislation today, which focuses on the eradication of torture, as well as compliance with those laws. The terms of this research work is to look at the historical development of the concept of torture and it signs; explore and analyze the definition of torture and its features; see criminal liability for torture and judicial practice of torture; collect and study the international legal framework for the eradication of torture; analyze compliance with the prohibition of torture in Latvia; compare other states criminal law for liability for torture.
